LONDON. Royal Academy of Art.

2010 Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Art.
The Illustration section was on three large walls, and they filled the entire area almost tetris like with large frames containing only small illustrations, no one bigger than a4 size.
There were loads of new illustrators i enjoyed looking at,
i found that even the typography section was really giving me some great ideas for the projects ahead.

I picked up the guide that gave you all the names of the artist, however
i was frustrated to find that many of the illustrators that i noted down didn't have a
blog were they published their work.
Here are just a few of the Illustrators that really caught my eye..
James Crulley
Heidi Plant
Ceal Warnants
Chris Salmon
Mila Furstova
David Borrington
and
Tom Phillips.
Many of the artists featured in the illustration section favoured media was Glicee Prints
and dry point etching, deffinately areas i will be interested in persuing next year.
